NOTE: This Harriet Lockwood  is believed to have been the second of two daughters born to John Lockwood and Harriet ~~~ to be given the same name. Her elder sister also named Harriet was born 1 October 1821 and, in the absence of a located official record, it is assumed that she had died in infancy and the name passed on to the next born daughter.
